Non amministriamo immobili: diamo forma a un'idea. Definiamo l'identità di ogni struttura, ne disegniamo l'accoglienza e ne curiamo l'esperienza secondo un modello sartoriale, cucito su misura. È la nostra visione: un'ospitalità autentica, che si riconosce nei dettagli e dura nel tempo.We do not manage real estate: we give shape to an idea. We define the identity of each structure, design its welcome and tend to its experience through a tailored model, cut to measure. Che cos'è il Certificato di Garanzia?What is the Certificate of Guarantee?
Non un'etichetta, ma un patto. È il segno con cui riconosciamo le strutture indipendenti che fanno propria la nostra idea di ospitalità — misura, autenticità, cura del dettaglio — e accettano di risponderne. Dove altri appongono un marchio, noi sottoscriviamo una responsabilità.Not a label, but a pact. It is the mark by which we recognise the independent structures that make our idea of hospitality their own — measure, authenticity, care for detail — and agree to answer for it. Where others affix a brand, we sign a responsibility.
Quali strutture possono riceverlo?Which structures can receive it?
Dimore, ville e luoghi dell'accoglienza che custodiscono un'identità propria e non temono d'essere messi alla prova. Non guardiamo alle dimensioni né al numero di stanze: guardiamo alla coerenza fra ciò che una casa promette e ciò che, ogni giorno, sa mantenere.Residences, villas and places of welcome that hold an identity of their own and do not fear being put to the test. We look neither at size nor at the number of rooms, but at the coherence between what a house promises and what, day after day, it is able to keep.
Come avviene la verifica?How is the assessment carried out?
Di persona, mai per sentito dire. Visitiamo ogni struttura e la leggiamo secondo criteri dichiarati — la cura degli spazi, la qualità del gesto d'accoglienza, la coerenza dell'identità. Dove riscontriamo una distanza non la sanzioniamo: accompagniamo la casa a colmarla, perché il sigillo giunga come riconoscimento e non come concessione.In person, never by hearsay. We visit each structure and read it against declared criteria — the care of its spaces, the quality of the welcoming gesture, the coherence of its identity. Where we find a gap we do not penalise it: we accompany the house in closing it, so that the seal arrives as recognition and not as concession.
